Day 217 | can’t get enough of Bindoola Creek: so I hang in another day

Talk about a Protestant work ethic even when on long service leave.
Surely I’m not going to make a defence of taking a day off from riding.
Since leaving Darwin 28 days ago I’ve had 1 day off at Walker Creek in Litchfield National Park and 3 days off in Kununurra. I was just getting ready to pack up today when I realised I didn’t have to move from my marvellous private waterhole. So I spent the morning watching the freshwater crocs sunning themselves instead.
I’m having Sundays off, or at least one day a week, from now on.
If only to rest my leathery posterior.
