Pfffft.
With thornproof tubes and a Kevlar-reinforced tyre with a trekking tread, you shouldn’t get too many.
Still, there are some vicious thorns out there, usually off the road, where a policy of avoidance is required. Identify the plant and steer clear. And pull them nasties out immediately, before they work their way through the tread.
26” thornproof tubes are common in bike and toy shops in small towns; you can find them even at Kmarts. Even 16” for the trailer. The 700c size is usually only in a bike shop.
